Tritons Announce 2007 Team Award Winners

May 5 , 2007 - The UCSD Men's Lacrosse Team held its annual awards banquet at the Rock Bottom Retaurant & Brewery, recognizing the achievements of the team for the 2007 season. This year's winners include:

  • MVP: Daniel Pomerantz - Senior Goalie
  • Best Defensive Player: Drew Wishnack - Junior Defenseman
  • Best Offensive Player: Tim Carter - Senior Midfield
  • Rookie of the Year: Ari Gordon - Freshman Midfield

Schedule Change: UCSD vs USD on Saturday, April 14th

Monday April 9, 2007 - Saturday's game against the USD Toreros has been changed to a night game. The game will take place on the same day, but has been moved to 7:00pm at RIMAC field.

Tritons Get First Win of Season

February 24, 2007 - The UCSD Tritons come home with their first victory of the 2007 season. Senior captain and goalie Dash Pomerantz led the Tritons to a 7-5 victory over the UCLA Bruins. Click Here for a full review of the game.

Tritons Alumni Drafted into MLL

December 5, 2006 - The San Francisco Dragons officially draft 2006 UCSD undergraduates Brandon Hays and Nick Dean into their Major League Lacrosse franchise. All of us at UCSD wish them the best. Go get 'em!
